Returns and Refund Policy

1. This Return and Refund Policy applies to all trailer spares and related products supplied by our company. This policy is subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (“CPA”).
2. If any product supplied by us fails to meet the standards contemplated in the CPA, you may return the product within two weeks from the date of delivery. Upon return of such product, we will inspect the product, and may then decide to either replace or refund the product

Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. All orders are shipped via The Courier Guy. By placing an order, you agree to the use of this third-party courier service for delivery.
2. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed via PayFast. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
